“Marketers are increasingly realizing that leveraging the full power of their first-party data is essential for driving intelligent cross-channel orchestration. We are excited that our unified platform makes it really easy to deliver smarter, data-driven customer engagement across the growing number of channels along the customer journey.” – Vijay Chittoor, Co-Founder & CEO at Blueshift
All of our teammates across the globe — from San Francisco and Charlotte to London and Pune — are honored to receive this recognition as one of the most innovative, rapidly growing tech companies around the world. As fellow marketers, we understand the importance of smarter marketing solutions, and we feel empowered knowing that Blueshift is making a global impact.
“By bringing AI and omnichannel orchestration together in a single unified and open customer data platform, we have unlocked tremendous growth for our customers who can now quickly start activating terabytes of first-party data to increase their effectiveness across owned, paid, and customer experience channels.” – Mehul Shah, Co-Founder & CTO at Blueshift
In addition to the employees and company culture that set Blueshift apart, we would not have gotten to where we are today without our groundbreaking technology itself: the SmartHub Customer Data Platform (CDP). Blueshift’s SmartHub CDP puts customers at the core of every experience and interaction with your brand, making way for dynamic omnichannel campaigns with greater 1:1 personalization, ultimately driving increased engagement and stronger brand loyalty.
“Size, speed, and complexity of customer data continues to grow and is expected to dwarf all other data sources. Industry-leading organizations are embracing the challenge and replacing their legacy stacks with modern ones to ingest, predict and optimize all communication and experiences using this data. Our self-serve AI studios allow marketers to build their own predictive models realizing tremendous ROI on their data assets.” – Manyam Mallela, Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer at Blueshift
With enhanced features — like our next-generation Journey Builder and new App Hub — that make it easier than ever for you to orchestrate meaningful, customer-first omnichannel campaigns, the SmartHub CDP has all the innovative capabilities your marketing team needs to succeed. Plus, with Blueshift Academy courses like our recently released Omnichannel Campaigns course, you can become a Blueshift expert and ensure you’re using our customer data platform to the fullest extent.
