These core values aren’t just focused on how our coworkers act inside the office or on a video call; they also take into consideration who Blueshift employees are as people. We realize that building a successful company is about so much more than clocking in from 9 to 5 (or 9:00 to 17:00 for anyone outside the U.S.). Krishanu, Senior Software Engineer at Blueshift based in Pune, was nominated for Raising the Bar and Playing as One Team. Here’s what his teammates had to say:
- “Krishanu executed really well on [projects] and was able to prioritize and shuffle things around whenever roadblocks appeared, thus ensuring that we are always hitting our deliverables.”
- “Krishanu is there to help each and every time we need it, and his expertise in his area is exemplary. He’s a fantastic person to work with and an amazing teammate to have.”
- “I think [Krishanu’s work] is going to be a game-changer for Blueshift…”
- “Krishanu has gone above and beyond what was expected of him in critical projects…When other engineers say no to new designs and features, which can potentially improve user experience, Krishanu always gives it a shot. And, more often than not, he finds a quick solution.”
When I asked Krishanu what this award means to him, he shared:
