A/B Split Journey Triggers in Journey Builder

Testing and optimizing campaign performance is now smoother than ever with enhanced A/B split journey triggers. No more manual audience segmentation—now you can:

  • Seamlessly split traffic across multiple branches within a single journey for more effective A/B testing.
  • Access detailed performance reports with statistical insights to compare multiple variant branches.
  • Identify top-performing variants based on key metrics to refine future campaigns.

These improvements offer deeper insights into A/B testing within journeys, making measuring effectiveness and optimizing your campaign strategy easier.

ENHANCEMENT

Campaign Activity Exports to Databricks

Integrating campaign activity data with Databricks is now much easier. This provides deeper insights and more efficient decision-making. With this update, you can:

  • Enhance performance analysis by exporting campaign data directly to Databricks, enabling more advanced analytics and optimization.
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy with a dedicated export history table that logs dates, record counts, and success or failure status.
  • Gain greater control by starting and stopping data exports as needed, aligning with your priorities.

Create and Reuse Email Recipes

You can now create email recipes directly in HTML Studio and convert existing emails into reusable templates, making it easier to maintain consistency and streamline email creation.

With this update, you can:

  • Build email recipes in HTML Studio, extending recipe creation beyond the Visual Editor.
  • Convert existing email templates into reusable recipes, eliminating duplication and saving time.

This enhancement improves efficiency by enabling marketers to reuse key email elements without recreating templates from scratch.

Data Studio Enhancements

Managing customer attributes in Blueshift is now more streamlined and efficient. With improved visibility and enhanced capabilities, you can easily create, analyze, and manage attributes within Data Studio.

  • Create and manage custom attributes – You can now define new custom attributes directly in Data Studio, specifying their type, description, and labeling options.
  • View sample values for all attributes – Sample values are now available for every attribute in Data Studio, allowing you to view up to two examples without navigating to individual customer profiles.

These updates improve data organization, making configuring and analyzing customer attributes easier within the Data Studio.

New Monthly Import Frequency for File Imports

You can schedule file imports monthly, reducing unnecessary updates for attributes that change less frequently.

  • Expanded scheduling options – “Monthly” is now available alongside Hourly, Daily, and Weekly.
  • Applies to multiple import types – Supports customer, event, recommendation feed, and catalog imports for both full and incremental imports.

This update helps optimize resource usage while ensuring your data stays up to date at the appropriate intervals.

You can now search for catalog items using multiple attributes, allowing for more precise filtering.

  • Use advanced search to combine multiple criteria with logical conditions (ALL, ANY, NOT).
  • Access standard and custom catalog attributes for refined searches.

This update simplifies catalog navigation, helping you quickly find the right items.

Lock Rows in Visual Editor

You can now lock rows in the Visual Editor to prevent accidental modifications and deletions, ensuring better control over email and template structures.

Update to Promo-code Upload Notification Emails

Notification emails for promo code uploads now display the uploaded file name and promo bucket, providing better visibility into which file was processed.

NEW FEATURE

Link Position Identifier in Campaign Activity Reports

Blueshift will now include a position identifier for all rendered links in an email within the campaign activity reports available on S3. This enhancement enables you to track click events against specific link indices in dynamic content, even when multiple links are rendered. As a result, you’ll gain deeper insights into how customers interact with your marketing content.

Blueshift Assistants Under Customer AI

You can now find Blueshift assistants under the Customer AI section on the left nav. This change positions assistants closer to other AI-powered features from Blueshift, like Recommendation Studio and Predictive Score.
