NEW FEATURE

Optimizer Agent for One-Time Campaigns (Beta)

Blueshift’s Campaign Optimizer Agent now supports automated winner selection in one-time campaigns, helping marketers streamline testing and boost performance in a single send.

Now, you can:

  • Auto-generate and approve subject line and preheader variants.
  • Launch tests with controlled traffic allocation and live performance tracking to ensure optimal results.
  • Automatically shift traffic to the winning variant during campaign execution.

Note: The campaign optimizer is currently in beta and available for accounts with beta access. Support for one-time campaigns is expected by the end of July. For access, please contact your CSM.

Quiet Hours for SMS Campaigns

Protect customer trust with smarter send timing. With Quiet Hours for SMS campaigns, Blueshift gives marketers the tools to meet regulatory requirements, protect deliverability, and maintain a positive brand experience.

This feature enables you to automatically prevent SMS messages from being sent during sensitive or inconvenient hours at scale.

You can now:

  • Set quiet hours at the account level, based on customer or account time zones.
  • Apply regional default windows or define custom time ranges that suit your compliance needs.

Bring Campaign Data to BigQuery. Faster and Smarter.

With Blueshift’s new native (out-of-the-box) integration for Google BigQuery, you can now export campaign activity data directly into your own cloud data warehouse, giving analytics teams full control over how they store, analyze, and act on performance data.

This enhancement empowers you to:

  • Start and monitor campaign activity exports to Google BigQuery.
  • Track export history and real-time status to ensure transparency across your data pipelines.
  • Stop exports when needed, giving you flexibility and control.

By extending our data warehouse support to include BigQuery alongside existing integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and Amazon S3, we’re making it easier than ever to operationalize your marketing analytics and fuel smarter decisions across your organization.

  • Customize and test experiences using A/B splits or decision paths based on user behavior or profile attributes.
  • Build smarter journeys that adapt to context—whether you’re sending a flash sale email or nurturing long-term engagement.

  • Group by URL in Insight Reports – Dive deeper into campaign performance with a new “Group by URL” option in Insight Reports. Analyze engagement by links to understand which URLs or CTAs are driving results.
  • Seed List Tracking as a Core Metric – Seed list sends are now tracked as a core metric across the platform, giving you greater visibility into delivery and performance for internal test audiences.
  • Smarter Dashboards – Dashboards now include visual markers to distinguish standalone charts from embedded reports in editing mode. New tooltips explain time window behavior, and the deletion confirmation modal now clarifies auto-save behavior making it easier to navigate and manage your analytics workspace with confidence.

Expanded Control and Insights for Computed Attributes

Computed attributes are a powerful way to personalize at scale, automatically generating insights like recent purchase patterns, spending behavior, and engagement across channels. This month’s updates make them even more flexible, secure, and easy to manage across your organization.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Most Frequent function – Automatically identify the most common values for any user like their most purchased product category or most engaged channel. Perfect for powering dynamic recommendations and personalization.
  • Role-based access controls – Set granular permissions for who can create, edit, or view computed attributes. This helps ensure governance, especially for larger teams managing shared data environments.
  • Attribute deprecation controls – Easily stop and clean up launched computed attributes that are no longer in use. Removing outdated values helps reduce clutter and keeps your attribute lists up-to-date and relevant.

Note: This feature is now also available in the EU region, supporting global teams with regional data needs.

Each listed reference includes clickable links for quick navigation, making it easy to audit dependencies, reduce redundancy, and ensure your attributes are always aligned with your strategy.
