Launchpad and Compass (Closed Beta): Unified AI for marketing execution

Launchpad and Compass (closed beta) introduce a new AI workspace in Blueshift that brings discovery and execution together in one place. Marketers can move from questions to action without needing to navigate across multiple features or tools.

Launchpad combines conversational workflows with AI-discovered opportunities, helping teams reduce friction and accelerate the path from insight to launch.

Key capabilities include:

  • Conversational execution
    Ask for what you need in natural language, and Launchpad generates segments, templates, campaigns, journeys, reports, and dashboards.
  • Curated opportunities
    Compass continuously analyzes customer behavior and surfaces high-impact opportunities with clear context on why they matter.
  • Faster workflows
    Go from analysis to launch-ready assets in minutes, without manual setup across multiple areas of the platform.

By unifying discovery and execution in a single workflow, Launchpad helps marketers act on insights faster and focus on what drives impact.

Blueshift now supports email validation to help improve deliverability and maintain high-quality contact lists.

With email validation, you can:

  • Validate email addresses in bulk or individually within Blueshift.
  • View email categorization and deliverability risk levels, then update customer profiles or download validation reports.
  • Use validation results to refine targeting and improve sending quality.

This helps marketers maintain cleaner lists, protect sender reputation, and reach audiences with greater confidence.

ENHANCEMENT

API support for shared assets

You can now create and update shared assets via API, enabling programmatic management of reusable email components and greater automation in asset workflows.

The Promotions page now includes file upload history for promotion buckets, showing file name, status, code count, and last updated time. Promotion details are also organized into clearer sections, making them easier to review and manage.

Blueshift’s Magento integration now supports multi-store and multi-site setups. Data from multiple storefronts can sync under a single Magento instance, simplifying management for brands operating across multiple stores.
