Admin users now have the ability to define custom roles. This functionality is available under the menu ‘Account Profile -> User Management’. The ‘User Management’ menu now has 2 screens- one to manage users and the other to manage (custom) roles.
Admin users can choose what permissions to set for each role.
Once a custom role has been created, admin users can assign these (along with Blueshift default roles) to users in their account.
Expire In-App Messages
Customers will be able to set an expiration time for in-app messages via the trigger configuration in the campaign journey editor. This would help prevent displaying old messages to users who don’t log in frequently to the app. By default, in-app messages will expire 30 days after send date.
