When we compared open rates between personalized campaigns, batch sends, and triggered campaigns, personalized and cross-channel campaigns beat out their unpersonalized and single-channel counterparts.
After looking at how click-through rate varies among campaigns — including batch sends, triggered campaigns, cross-channel campaigns, and more — we found that dynamic, personalized campaigns across the most relevant channels resulted in higher click-through rates than generic campaigns.
