ENHANCEMENT

AI Assistants : [Expansion]

Blueshift’s AI-powered assistants are now more versatile, simplifying content creation across workflows to save time and enhance precision. Building on our existing AI-powered assistants for email and live content templates, Blueshift is now enhancing these capabilities to simplify content creation and improve efficiency across various workflows:

  • Shared Asset AI assistant: The AI assistant now integrates with the shared asset editor, enabling you to streamline your email and content design workflows by easily inserting shared assets via @mentions and accessing AI-powered suggestions for reusable components. This reduces repetitive tasks and increases team productivity.
  • Template Snippet Assistant: Enable targeted edits in specific sections of your HTML templates and overcome template size limitations, improving precision and efficiency in template design.
  • Template Content Assistant (for Visual Editor): Leverage tailored Liquid code generation and personalized text suggestions directly within the visual editor, enabling dynamic, impactful content with less effort. It simplifies incorporating dynamic elements, ensuring more effective and personalized campaigns.

These enhancements expand the scope of Blueshift’s AI assistants, offering improved functionality and greater flexibility in content creation for marketers.

Please note: Assistants are now in Open Beta and will be available to all customers.

Improved UX for Event and Recommendation Feed Imports

We’ve upgraded the user experience for events and recommendation feed imports to streamline workflows and improve usability. These updates introduce:

  • Simplified Imports: A redesigned interface with consistent steps for configuring sources, mapping fields, and scheduling imports, making the process more intuitive and efficient.
  • Improved Navigation: A consolidated view and filters simplify finding and managing event imports.
  • Enhanced Editing:  Avoid repetitive tasks by directly editing CSV and S3 imports, saving time and reducing errors.
  • Expanded Source Options: SFTP has been added as an import source, offering greater flexibility for marketers handling diverse data sources.
  • More Precise Configuration options: Updated nomenclature and tooltips provide better guidance, minimizing errors and enhancing usability.

These enhancements simplify the import process, reduce setup time, and ensure greater accuracy in managing your imports.

Data Studio for Customer Profiles

Turn customer data into actionable insights with the new  Data Studio, now available in the Customer Data section. This enhancement provides a comprehensive view of the Customer Profile schema, helping you better understand and manage your data.

  • Comprehensive Data Views: Explore customer profile attributes in a structured table format or a detailed JSON view, with options to search, copy, and download schema details, thus enabling better segmentation and decision-making.
  • Streamlined navigation: Quickly locate and organize complex data, reducing time spent searching for critical insights.

This feature helps you build a stronger foundation for targeted, data-driven campaigns. It empowers you with a clearer understanding of your data, making it easier to leverage Blueshift’s segmentation, journey builder, and recommendation capabilities effectively.

  • Achieve higher engagement rates and improved conversions by addressing customer needs at a granular level.

This enhancement helps you maximize the relevance and effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

NEW FEATURE

Audience Sync Conversion Reporting

Optimize audience performance and measure campaign effectiveness with enhanced reporting. With our new enhancement, you can track customer visits driven by Audience Syncs  originating through your paid media campaigns to Audience Syncs running on Blueshift(via UTM parameters). 

These insights give you the power to refine strategies and maximize campaign ROI.

NEW FEATURE

SMS Carrier Tiered Limit Support

Streamline your SMS campaigns and maintain a strong sender reputation. Blueshift now supports managing SMS sending limits based on carrier-specific rate limits. With this update, you can:

  • Ensure compliance: Messages are automatically throttled to align with carrier-specific throughput and daily limits, maintaining compliance and delivery success.
  • Simplify campaign management: Daily and rate-based limits are monitored and managed automatically.
    This feature protects your brand reputation while ensuring consistent communication with customers.

Please note: This feature is available for customers using Blueshift’s full service SMS package only.

ENHANCEMENT

Link Shortening for Cloud App Studio

Blueshift now supports link shortening in Cloud App Studio. This new feature allows you to create more efficient payloads using shorter URLs. This new Liquid filter ensures seamless handling and integration of longer URLs across any cloud app destination. For instance, shortened links can optimize SMS payloads for character limits or enhance compatibility with other platforms.

ENHANCEMENT

Enhanced Promo Code Management

Drive better results with greater control over promotions:

  • End date enforcement:  Automate campaign lifecycles with end dates, ensuring timely execution and transparency. Promo buckets now honor end dates, automatically pausing associated campaigns at 11:59:59 PM on the specified date. A notification email will be sent within 72 hours of the promo bucket expiry time.
  • Single-use promo codes: Prevent misuse and enhance tracking by issuing unique promo codes for each qualification. You can now choose single-use promo codes for your campaigns, ensuring that each customer receives a new promo code every time they requalify for a campaign using the same promotion.

These updates provide greater flexibility and transparency in managing promotions, ensuring smoother execution of campaigns.

Dynamic Adapter Selection for Campaigns

Increase efficiency and flexibility in managing multi-brand campaigns:

  • Dynamically select adapters using  Liquid expressions, reducing the need for duplicative campaign setups.
  • Simplify operations while maintaining customization for multiple brands or domains.

This feature improves operational efficiency and ensures a consistent brand experience.

Segmenting Based on Journey Actions

Deliver hyper-targeted campaigns by leveraging journey insights:

  • Create audience segments based on specific journey actions, such as ‘data updates’ or ‘journey exits’, with a new ‘Journey Actions’ option in Segment Builder for tailored outreach
  • Customize targeting further with timeline and frequency parameters for journey-based segments,, improving engagement.

This enhancement unlocks deeper segmentation capabilities, driving higher precision and effectiveness.

Improved Campaign Activity Reporting

Gain more actionable insights from your campaign data:

  • New fields, including phone_number and custom_user_identities, allow for richer analysis and better tracking of SMS and user behavior.

Comprehensive reporting empowers marketers to make data-backed decisions and optimize performance.
