Step 1: Profile Creation and Behavior Tracking
We start with the user creating a profile on a sample ecommerce site. As the user browses products, adds items to cart, and removes items, all interactions are tracked in real time.

Step 5: Multichannel Recovery

- Push Notification: Triggered if app is installed and push is their preferred channel
- SMS: Sent if push isn’t engaged and SMS is their preferred channel
